I haven’t lived in my house for over 3 months and it is on the market, yet my bill goes up every single month to more than it was the month before. After the first month, we turned off the water line to the house so that the price would go down without any water running to the house. We’re still being charged like a full family lives there. This company price gouges and are not honest about how much water is actually being used. They want to make at least a certain amount per property, so to hell with honesty and charging people for only what they use. I know that water and sewer usage are 1 bill. The water cost is what I’m upset with. Review edit: they shut off my water without my express consent! I’ve been paying for the privilege of water and sewer for months without living at the property and discovered today that my water has been shut off without my knowledge, yet I’m still paying for both services! I called their emergency line and the woman who answered said she couldn’t do anything about it and to call back in the morning. This company is shitty and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

If I could 0 starts I would. Please review what area your renting or moving to and if they are the water company then don’t bother. Your bill can be paid in full, and they prefer to cut off your water then pay the reconnection fee to turn it back on. EVEN IF THE BILL IS PAID FOR THE MONTH. Literally worst company ever.

Terrible company with terrible ethics. I paid my bill (due on the 10th) on the 10th using my CashApp card as I ALWAYS have before. My water was disconnected the 24th without notice and when questioned they claimed my bill was not paid. After a lengthy phone call, in which they insinuated that I had paid a different bill, they requested payment confirmation from my end. I sent evidence of payment confirmation and when it came back positive they then insinuated it was the fact that I had paid with a CashApp card that caused the issue. I have never had issues using my CashApp card in the previous 6 months of service. It is clear they will make any excuse they can rather than rectify their own mistakes. I know most who use them don't, but if you have another option for water service go with that one instead.
